We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of sustainable upholstery materials. If you are not satisfied, you may return unused items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must:

• Be in their original, unused condition
• Be in the original packaging with all tags attached
• Not be damaged, altered, or customized
• Be returned within 30 days of the purchase date

Return Process

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or material if available. Exchanges are subject to the same return conditions and timeframes as returns.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or made-to-order items
• Items that have been cut, altered, or installed
• Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear
• Items returned after the 30-day return period
